Who’s behind Nado.
A Melbourne company building courier software for freight businesses.
Built for the business that runs itself
Most freight software is built for fleets with a dispatch desk, an IT person and a budget to match. A business with four vehicles gets the same screens, the same training manual and the same bill, and uses a tenth of it. Nado is built the other way round. It starts with what one driver needs at a door, adds what a small office needs to keep the day moving, and stops there.
What we believe
Software should be built from the driver’s seat and the office chair, not from a spec sheet. Every screen in Nado was designed by asking what a person is actually doing at that moment, with one hand, often in a hurry. If a feature makes the day longer, it doesn’t ship.
You should never type the same thing twice. A job logged by a driver is the same job the office sees, the same job the customer tracks, and the same line on the invoice. That is why invoicing is a short review at the end of the day instead of an evening’s work.
How we work with you
You talk to a person, not a ticket queue. Ask a question through the site and we call you back the same business day. If you would rather not set Nado up on your own, we will do it with you over the phone, and the first month is on us while you find your feet.
The company
Nado is made by NADO FM PTY LTD, an Australian company based in Melbourne. The FM stands for freight management, which is what the software does, though we prefer to say it the way our customers do: freight, sorted.
